Useful Tips When Using the Frozen Meat Slicer
- 1. Do not try to slice meat with bones like chicken, fish, ribs. This can cause damage to your slicer.
- 2. Do not slice food with seeds. The seeds of some fruits such as peaches, avocados, apples, etc. can cause damage to the blade.
- 3. Do not slice fully thawed meat or fresh meat. The best texture is one which is almost frozen, which is an important point to achieve clean cut.
- 4. Do not skimp on the cleaning. It is important to take parts down separately to clean after each use. The better you keep it clean, the longer it will serve.
- 5. Do not wash in the dishwasher. The hard detergents are not suitable for this appliance, instead wash with warm soapy water. And make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
- 7. Even if you have used a similar slicer before, you still need to spend a little time debugging to fully master our slicer.

We bought it to slice a spicy frozen ground beef roll that we prepare at home because even our best knives weren't working. This works really well and is easy to use. It made our job so much easier. We are going to use it with other meats, as well. You have to be very careful while cleaning because the space between the blade and the metal rest bar beneath it is very small.

The meat cutter is made of stainless steel. The blade is very sharp. It is convenient to cut potato chips or meat. The thickness of slices can be adjusted according to the needs. The suction cup can firmly hold the table top. At the same time, it is also equipped with one more blade and two suction cups, which is very intimate. It would be better if the bags were bigger.

I am big lover of hot pot, and used to spend a lot of money buying shabushabu meat from grocery store...now I can buy the meat I want and slice it my self...I love this product, and it is dishwasherable I think because I already use it over 10 times and had dishwasher cleaned it..worked well.

Great meat cutter. We used to buy thin cut meats from the store for hot pot. This cutter make cutting meat very thin and very easy. We are saving so much money for cutting it on our own. It is very easy to store and very easy to clean. The quality of the metal is awesome. Now I get to be very creative with cooking with different kind of meats.

I just got it today! It needs to be self-assembled. I used ten minutes. Easy disassembly. An extra knife and a bag. Also a grinding wheel. It's very simple and won't take up much space in the kitchen. There's a sucker under the base that attaches to my marble table top. That's what I hope! After two days eating hot pot ready to use it to cut meat pieces.

I really like to eat shabu and one of the best part in that is thin slice beef deep in the broth. Eventhough my knife skill is really good, it will take time to slice meat for the whole family. So I purchased this one. you get a serious slicer, with strong and heavy material. I have to figure out how to use it, but after 15 mins, I can handle it with ease and get my meat perfect slice. Im totally happy with it. Will update some more feature later. But it worth the money

This is a great slicer. We use it to make jerky. Super easy to use. Meat has to be completely frozen in order to work properly. Cleaning is a little time consuming so I recommend having to do all your cutting at one time. It has to be completely disassembled to be cleaned but I think that's a small price to pay. I highly recommend.

It took me a couple times to use it correctly. I've used it on frozen meat to cut beef jerky strips. I use a towel to hold the meat in place. It cut right through. The blade is extremely sharp. Only time will tell how long the blade lasts but so far I am very pleased with this meat cutter.

It is perfect. Yes , i tried it right away. It is sharp and cut thin slice as i want. I don't have to use pressure on that to cut. I would reccommend it to my friends and people that i know or spread out to everyone. We love shabu shabu and we only enjoy the thin slice beef in the restaurant and now we can do it at home.Thank you!

This is a manly meat slicer. While it does take some elbow grease, this slicer will cut frozen meat so thin you can see light through it. You can adjust the thickness as well. I like to set it at about 3mm for jerky, not too thick not too thin. Its a bit of a chore to take apart and clean though but for the performance its worth it.it works well on larger foods.

the product looks strong and solid and comes with additional blade, it is a nice touch. The user manual is not detail enough for describing the assembly process but still can figure it out since it only contains several parts. It will be wonderful if seller can add illustrations on it for guiding buyers how to assemble it step-by-step.

My wife and I have tested it. It works AMAZINGLY with frozen meat. The beef we have used was frozen over 24hrs, so it was solid hard. The slicer cut through it with no problems. Something to know though, the thinner the slice the easier it is to cut it.My wife has been using it way more than me. I bought it to slice beef. She has been using it to cut vegetables, fruits, etc. She says that when slicing pineapple she didn't get a perfectly clean cut. With beef though, we got a perfect cut.

It works great! Meat must be frozen very well tho. My kids love Salami. I buy a whole one from the deli and slice it with this machine. I cannot finish the whole 3.5 lbs. before needing to put it box in the freezer. When the meat starts to defrost its very hard to slice, but thats ok. My kids love how I. An make shreds of meat with it. They love it super thin. Its a bit of a clean up having to take it all apart, but easier than a electric sliced for sure!

I used the product immediately after receiving it. I don't typically cut frozen meats but used it as a deli meat slicer. The cutting motion was smooth and cut nicely. My primary reason for purchasing the manual slicer instead of an electric was price, size, convenience of storage and use as well as safety. The blade is well protected from accidental touching.

We use this to slice homemade bresaola, Capocollo, etc. It works great and I have no complaints. It slices frozen meat paper thin and cleanup is a breeze with a Clorox wipe.I've used expensive electric slicers for cured meats and I prefer the ease and final result of using this manual slicer.

Save money from not having to buy pre-slice meat any more for hotpot/shabu-shabu/gyudon beef bowl(Yoshinoya style) purpose. It is easily $4 and up per pound different in price. I rather spend more labor and get more meat. Besides, you only need to stock up bulk packaging meat in this virus season, and only slice enough meat when needed instead of visiting Asian supermarket.
